by Hon Secretary October 24, 2009 15:21

Friday 23rd October - Bob Crookes gave a facinating insight into managing the contact area at a coach education session run by the Essex County RFU Coach Development Commitee at Thurrock RFC.  In the last of the three current coach education session Bob Crooks took the coaches through drills that should help their application of managing the contact area at the tackle.  It was in an informative evening warmly appreciated by the coaches and was followed by a question and answer session as well as a Thurrick Chilli to rid the attendees of the chills of the night.
